If you bought or sold cryptocurrency on the KuCoin cryptocurrency trading platform while in the state of New York from 2017 through 2023, then you may be a Settlement Class Member and eligible for Settlement Benefits.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive Settlement Benefits then you must submit a Claim Form by February 28, 2029.

To start your online claim, you can find your Login ID & PIN included in the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Claims Administrator via email at info@KuCoinNYAGConsentOrder.com or by calling (866) 675-2640. Please request your Login ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address. The online Claim Form also requires you to provide information required to substantiate the claim, including connecting a KuCoin depositing wallet via the online wallet connector and providing any required personal identification information.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is on or before 11:59 p.m. EST on February 28, 2029. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be postmarked (or if not sent by U.S. Mail, received) by February 28, 2029.
